ProCut 2000 HD
ProCut 2000 HD is a premium quality multi-purpose, bio-stable, water-soluble cutting oil. Our multi-purpose formulation eliminates the need for alternative products.
ProCut 2000 HD emulsifies easily and does not separate, it remains bio-stable to ensure product longevity. This product is non-corrosive and toxic safe for equipment and workers, excellent for extended tool life, and contains oil rejection properties to separate any contamination.
ProCut 7900
ProDraw 7900 is a water-soluble, non-chlorinated, fully synthetic drawing lubricant. It is made to be used as supplied for severe stamping applications, or water diluted for less severe forming operations.
This versatile product can be applied on ferrous or non-ferrous metals and will provide excellent long term indoor rust protection. ProDraw 7900 is ideally suited for severe drawing operations such as: cross members, heavy brackets, difficult valve covers, and other similar applications.
This product is formulated with an excellent balanced package of extreme pressure and corrosion protection additives, as well as hard water stability agents, making it an ideal choice to implement at your plant.
TriboCorr 600
TriboCorr 600 is the industry leader in MQL products. This is an economical light-duty lubricant for aluminum extrusion machining and sawing. It’s free of sulphur, chlorine, phosphorous and other hazardous EP additives.
Our MQL products offer what they were designed for using minimal quantities of lubricant to give you maximized performance when sawing or machining. Our MQL products are non-staining and reduce friction, prevent heat buildup which will result in longer tool life and a superior cut finish.
ProClean SCHD
ProClean SCHD is a specialty process cleaner that leaves behind a corrosion resistant coating on your materials. ProClean SCHD is a versatile product that can be used on ferrous and nonferrous substrates, such as: steel, aluminum, nickel, copper and copper alloys.
The corrosion resistant coating is a transparent film that will not interfere with subsequent gauging, assembly, welding, or heat treat operations. ProClean SCHD can be applied in the first stage for cleaning or final stage as a corrosion inhibitor in multi-stage washers.

ProQuench ADV
ProQuench ADV is a premium quality quenching oil formulated to give faster cooling rates than a straight quenching oil. ProQuench ADV contains a specialized additive package that promotes rapid cooling in the “B stage” of the component cooling curve, as compared to conventional quenching oils.
This maximizes the final component hardness in the “C stage” of the cooling curve. ProQuench ADV normally operates in the temperature range of 140° to 190° Fahrenheit and is specifically formulated to minimize cracking or distortion in the quenched component.
